Training in Digitalization.

All of our workshops allow people of all ages to learn how to use new devices and take advantage of the features available on any mobile, tablet, or PC. The programs include prior preparation to guarantee results and ensure that specific areas for improvement are achieved, leveraging immediate learning with specific use cases.



Non-presential or remote training.

Our training programs in Inclusive Digitalization, with sessions ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour, in a minimum of 2 sessions and ideally 4 sessions remotely via Zoom, Meets, or Teams, allow for the transmission of knowledge and learning of basic digital skills for the 21st century.



In-person and blended training.

We offer few in-person workshops. These are aimed at owners, senior management, and executive teams. We also offer programs for senior middle management.

They are specially designed for individuals over 45 years old and are combined with remote training. These are personalized, high-impact workshops, which is why they are not cheap, but they are highly cost-effective.

There are mixed programs with personalized in-person sessions that help manage the digital gap and overcome mental and physical barriers for employees who are more resistant to change. These programs reduce the digital limitations of certain individuals by helping them connect their analog knowledge with the new digital tools they learn to use.

Whatever the format, teaching how to contextualize specific situations in the life of an executive, manager, or salesperson, and providing the foundations to interact in a standardized way, is what we offer to all participants in the workshops.

If you apply these workshops to all your employees, we help them open their minds to occasionally interact and learn how to share what the organization they collaborate with is doing, and even how to help identify business opportunities.

1. Workshops on Digital Interaction and Networking

They are provided in combination with real digital proprietary supports, either standard or customized, depending on the programs and formats you choose to purchase.

They allow replicating and applying the knowledge transmitted and validating it in real-life situations immediately if the personalized training models are chosen.

This workshop guarantees overcoming mental barriers for your executives and helps successfully manage the digital gap in any organization.

An immediate benefit is that it helps improve the digital and analog projection of your brand through the employees or collaborators who participate in the program.

Once the generic workshop is completed, we can offer additional special programs or combine it with more specific additional sessions.

2. Workshops on Digital Interaction for Trade Fairs

They are provided in combination with specific physical maps of a stand to optimize your investment as an exhibitor in one or multiple fairs, and to optimize time management during visits to any fair or event.

Attending one of our workshops and adopting our advice and new platforms guarantees, in writing, savings of dozens of man-hours per year that are freed up by optimizing processes during the fair, which can then be applied in daily situations.

3. Workshops on Digital Interaction for Internationalization

They are provided for executives and the national or international distribution channel of any organization, in combination with the available supports in each market.

It is ideal for applying to subsidiaries, for executives and departments of export and internationalization, and very convenient for optimizing the performance of the distribution channel that represents you.

4. Workshops on organization and evolution of information media

Our training programs on the evolution of paginated media, with 30-minute sessions in formats of 2 to 4 remote sessions via Zoom, Meets, or Teams, allow participants to learn and apply strategies for the evolution, interaction, and contextualization of printed and digital materials.

They help contextualize and connect traditional and digital channels, organize knowledge, and facilitate access. They are provided in combination with proprietary digital media that allow the replication and application of the transmitted knowledge and immediate validation in real-world situations.

5. Training for Trainers in Digitalization

As part of the development program for collaborators, with the mission of expanding the reach of our workshops and spreading the knowledge we share, we have prepared training programs for trainers.

People in specific geographic areas and time zones are selected to meet the need for in-person presence and support for the Onhoff Integrated System workshops.

It can be delivered to trainers of large organizations for internal use in companies with many employees and their own training department, to which we provide content and methodology. Likewise, to independent professionals who want to develop a new business line.

In both cases, the idea is to train and certify Digital Trainers of the ONHOFF system, giving them the opportunity to collaborate with us in sharing knowledge within their authorized areas of influence under a revenue-sharing model.

We select trainers of all ages, but preferably those over fifty who wish to learn and share knowledge.
